Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Ouch!!!!!!!!!!$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Spent $1800 for 12 x 16 deck rails and 2, 8' stair rails.
May have to come out of retirement.

Typhoon I just about puke every time I buy something. Thought there were laws against price gouging? Bought a new fridge recently and when I went to hook up the water line for the ice maker the copper tube below the ferrule was longer than the fitting on the fridge was deep. No problem, cut off the tube, get a new 1/4 inch ferrule, done. Had to buy 3 ferrules for almost $4.00. Should have been able to buy one for 35 cents. Biggest ripoff I've ever encountered.

Typhoon I'm not complaining as I don't buy such items as most do. And the fact that my used car has increased over $400 in value the past month(again) tickles me. I did laugh out loud. 😉

Audi A3 Black edition (S3 without the licence shredder engine, this is a 1.5L turbo). Onside wheels were scraped by previous owner so dealer had them repaired and I added some extra to have all wheels black glossed, matching door and mirror trims. Son'll probably do the rings front and back as well to add his own touch.

I don't buy a lot of big shit either but its the everyday stuff, or like I need to buy Roundup, Simple Green, Roundup poison ivy killer and some spray sealant. Everything is like $4 more than it was before. I know its not a lot but its enough for me to say, yeah, I'll live with weeds. I wouldn't mind looking at my golf store for used irons but they are not going to be the usual bargain I know I'd be looking at so forget it.

Yeah, my car is worth more money if I sell it but another car is also more so its a wash. The SRT Durango I was looking at last year was $45-$47k. Now they are $55k. The chip shortage caused this... Its now looking better buying new because the price diff isn't as much and you get better financing yada, yada...

We thought about new windows for the house but forget it.

Trimec 992 for lawn. The commercial product. Can buy at a Site One if one is near you. Roundup should do the job. Get the concentrate and mix it more that recommended.

Good to know, I get my Lesco Fertilizer at the Site One here in Westford. Been going there for almost 25 years

Well, that's bullshit too. When the Spectracide(several applications) made them actually grow/spread, I resorted to the Old Farmer's Weed Killer. Actually, it is the 'new' brand...........because it is now unleaded. 😮😄

And, I stood there laughing, as it immediately wilted away in the 90* sun. 😎

LBlack14 So you would think. I had to look at the damn container, more than once, to make sure it wasn't fertilizer. Seemed to grow/spread more overnight. Not even sure what it's called, some kind of funky looking grass. Still there again; comes back repeatedly. I just weed eat it down to dirt now. No more wasting money on weed killers or gasoline.

Par4QC I'm just talking about my beds, not in the yard. I just put down Preimergent & mulch in my beds and have had some decent rain. Still with this heat and humidity, spurge is a bitch.

Tap roots. Spectracide kills it, but don't keep it from growing. Preimergent and a good coat of mulch.

10+ hours of driving for work yesterday+ meeting and other misc. Back at er this morning....headed out towards the middle part of the state for 36 holes. Might be a swamp as it's been raining like 🐈,s and 🐕 ,s here!
