Typhoon you got 10 years, consider yourself lucky and hopefully the repair guy can put new bearings in it. SWHG, bought a new whirlpool Cabrio platinum washer and dryer, fucking junk. Started making the noise, sounded like a train, just after the warranty(2 years) was up. It was a known issue all over the BBB and internet, WP ignored it. Should have been a recall. They paid for a repair guy to come out, we paid for the repair, new bearings and about $275 later, got another couple 3 out of it and it started making it again, garbage. Now have new Samsungs, her choice.
