Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

golf_bhoy Try the mounting bolts from the old set in the TV before trying to lift it into place - no fit, not even close.

When the original TV was installed on the mounting bracket, there would have been a package of assorted bolts/washers, that came with the bracket. They would have been various sizes, and 1 size in that package is now what you need. Question is, who has that package with the remaining hardware?
I know this from installing 100's of TVs in hotels. 😉 And I have a lot of those packages as 'memories'.

My FIL used to say "snow laying for more" when we'd have days like this after a big snow and the sun/temp got rid of most of the snow but not all of it. He was right most of the time, hope he's wrong this time. 🤞

LBlack14 I can't believe that's all gone! It's been warm here also, not in the 50s-60s yet, but I'm watching my front yard. The 3'+ overhang on the front prevents the sun from ever hitting, and the shaded area extends out quite far right now, due to the sun's location. Beyond the shaded area, the yard has dropped about a foot, and still has more than that to go. And there is a couple layers of ice in there somewhere.

Installing vinyl plank over the linoleum is a piece of cake.

Deliveries done and dog walked, nice and sunny but a chill wind still blowing. In between those 2 jobs, TV man came by, and with a bit of trial and error with bolts, washers and spaceers, the new set's back on the wall. Living room looks like a bomb site so that's another little job to do before I while away the hours mucking around with picture settings etc., or maybe I'll just WGC featured groups coverage ...

meagain My wife might give me instructions if could I cut it myself, but she sure isn't going to risk making a mistake by taking on the responsibility of doing it herself. Sad part is I don't care what my hair looks like, it just needs to be buzzed off every couple of months.
