Course didn't open until after 1230 today (waterlogged in spots but high winds dried it out nicely), too late for me to get a few holes in as I had a dog to walk and some callers to see to.
TV should have been taken for repair, white spot in centre of screen (backlight diffuser fallen off I reckon, but I have a Care Plan for it so I'm not about to start dismantling). Needless to say they didn't appear and I spent best part of an hour late afternoon reboooking for Friday and trying to raise a complaint. After getting passed around their call centre three times, to nobody who could take a complaint, I hung up. Wait 'til I call them tomorrow ...
Also took delivery of #2 son's ICE components (one of the suppliers kindly included a free reversing camera) so spent a couple of hours unpacking and checking everything was there and looked OK. Subwoofer enclosure has a small crack and split (it's MDF) so need to try and get that changed out, more phone calls tomorrow, then get it booked into garage for installation.
Needs to go to garage anyway as his power steering malfunctions ocasionally, and our mechanic fitted a trace to whatever it is that records error codes - last time it was in with an ECL, naturally it didn't light up when mechanics started the car, and didn't light up on their test drive.
