Never got expected 60-70 mph winds as forecast, but must have had some overnight rain. Fairways and greens starting to show themselves on the golf course, but there are hard walked areas where ice is solid or has water running underneath or over. Ground fairly firm so water is running off where it can but there's a lot of free standing water that can't get thru the frost layer ... and it's clay underneath, so wet for a while but - golf may be possible by end of the week, temps forecast 6-7C all week.
Meantime ... spent most of the day with #2 son planning upgrades to his car ICE system. Bit of a culture clash, I'm looking at speakers for clarity and quality while he's more concerned with wanting enough volume to "bounce" the car along the road 🤣
