Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

With my first knee surgery the swelling went away pretty quickly. When they did the other one it didn't and was still swollen when I went for rehab. The rehab place put me in a pressurized "boot" called a Jobst Cuff than would inflate and deflate for about a half hour before each treatment. I think I ended up doing 23 sessions and the swelling finally went down. Glad your pain is better.

I saw that today too!! It’s a 3.1 system and I’d have to buy 2 more surround speakers to make it 5.1. It gets great reviews!!

I’m holding out for the Cinema 600 5.1. The prices come down fast on them too. I have a nice Mirage powered subwoofer and with the Cinema 600 it allows you to run an additional powered subwoofer while using the wireless one. This system would be berserk! Just gotta sell my Bose!

Besides being a smart ass I have a busy day. Worked out and picked up poop. Hosed down the deck and kennel area under the deck. Vacuumed the house already too.

Next up is getting this Polar H10 Heart rate monitor going. Cleaning the Nike swooshes on my irons, let them dry and them I want to repaint the volt color paint on the swooshes on my Nike irons. Before the painting I want to make my apple Pie Moonshine!

Getting ready to go out and 'try' to remove this crap from my drive. 6"+ ice on top, wet. Looks like heart attack conditions out there. Maybe I'll just clear a path for mail and deliveries. But, more ice/snow coming Friday, so maybe I'll risk death. 🤯

When it like that and the snowblower either can’t handle it OR you don’t have a snowblower... do a little and go back inside, go back out a few hours later, it will still be there, no rush.

Typhoon Yeah, I only did enough for P.O. deliveries. About 2" of slush, 4" of snow, and 1-2" of ice on top. Mankiller.....not for wusses! 😉

Fuckin Heart rate monitor. It’s paired to Bluetooth. Now I’m trying to pair the unit to the app. I have the iPad right next to me.... fuckin thing... you have to be wearing it and wet the electrodes. Fucking 10 minutes wearing it... nothing, still says “pairing”. Mirror upstairs directly above me just fell, scares the crap out of me.... if anything, the heart rate monitor would have maybe jump started.

I hate these fuckin things... it’s going back.

Was playing around with the loft and lie machine today and used this to measure loft and lie angles. Pretty cool and accurate! 👍
