So the proforce shaft was in that dented up Snake eyes head. Don’t know where the club came from, it was in a bag out bag and Bam Bam would hit it... I put it in the puller and hit it with heat for a minute. Cranked the head a bit tighter and I’m looking at saying to myself, “ is it coming off?” I don’t see any black from the shaft tip. Sure enough it falls off.... no prep and very little glue.
That head, you’re looking at 2 huge dents on the crown up off the toe. I don’t even know HOW you can hit a ball there.
Threw the head in the trash, putting the proforce shaft in the pros Ping g410 adapter that I pulled from the stock shaft that was broken in half.
When I’m done ...
Cobra Biocell - drilled out adapter, put in Matrix Grenade shaft.
Ping g410 - pulled broken shaft from adapter and reshafted with proforce
Snake Eyes - pulled shaft, threw out head
srixon hybrid - drilled out broken shaft and reshafted with new Altus shaft.
The 2 shafts I got him cost me $110... how much more should I charge?
