Yessir. They call them "swingers" (quiet in the peanut gallery 😁). She's a sophomore and has swung the past 2 years. They're in the process of teaching her a lesson about consistent effort. She has this switch she turns on and off and takes plays off, at times. She needs to keep that motor running 100% of the time. Her coach talks to me about her alot and how they want her up, but they want her 100 miles an hour, 100% of the time. She's very laid back, stubborn and different than most kids. The coaches and myself are on the same page, so I just keep my mouth shut and let them handle it. She doesn't like or want to talk about "Mason girl's basketball" to me, drives me nuts. I just keep telling her I love her, no matter what.
