Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

We're going to visit a local brewery. We'll be sitting outside but the temps will be in the low to mid 50's. They do have heaters. I'm recording the Masters so I can watch it later.

Chores, online Xmas shopping and hoping to get 9 holes in this afternoon but the course is jammed so might not be able to get a tee time. 🙁

SWMBO and I just took the daughter, SIL, and 3 grands kayaking on Crystal River. Spring fed river that dumps into the Gulf. No manatee today, but in a month or so, it will be loaded. Water is sooooo clear.

THEN....... we went up to our driving range to the Cleveland/Srixon/XXIO demo day. Me, SWMBO, SIL, grandson.
Clubhead speed with XXIO Eleven driver:
SIL (40 years old) 112 mph
Grandson (11 years old ) 75 mph
PapaD (me) 81mph 🤣

SWMBO ordered a XXIO 7h. I resisted......they didn't have anything for $12.

My SIL drove the green yesterday on the par 4 #18 (290 from the whites).

Played a round with the wife and son today. Boy shot 87 and beat me. We played Maxfli Tour balls, and they performed well, but both agreed that we like TP5s and Chromesofts better. Wife played the Maxfli Softfli and she hit it well. I played one for a few holes and hit some odd looking knuckleballs with it for some reason. Watched the back 9 of the Masters after we got home.

Nice LB... chillin. I worked today, busy place, every cart out... unheard of for a cloudy 50 degree day in November. Slammed all day from 6:30 - 3:30 pm with tee times. Funny thing is it’s dark at 4:30-4:45... but the still book tee times with an hour of daylight left.

One guy called and wanted a tee time for 4:45 pm.... the pro said to him, you know it’s dark then?? The guy had no idea... wtf? I wish he booked and paid for it online.

Now watching Masters highlights while enjoying a glass of Suntory Hibiki ....

Played 18 today. Finally cool temps and on a traditional style course. I broke out the push cart and had a nice long walk today. My game was inconsistent as hell. I had 3 birdies and 3 triples. I took out the Geek No Brainer for the 2nd time and was hitting some serious bombs. Iron play and putting was all over the place. Made a couple of 20 footers and missed a few 3 footers. Ended up shooting an 89 on a course I should shoot low 80's on. Had a great time and really enjoyed walking the course.

Coverage ends at 3 (assuming no playoff). Gets dark at 5:30. We can get around our 9 hole executive course in an 90 minutes and it's just across the street

Course is empty today, a bit breezy but its golf weather so will go over and do 9 in an hour.

Masters and coffee now, some more chores. Tape the later coverage and watch tonight....been recording Sunday and watching at night since the 80's

So I ran out a Kraken and had to do a 20% mixture of Kirkland.....not bad! I’m pretty sure I just came up with a formula that is much better than Kirkland...more to come! 😂

great day for golf, lots of shrapnel from a huge wind storm last night. Maintenance had greens cleared and cut but we were 2nd off so ahead if the clean u0 crews tending to the downed trees and branches.

My yearly appointment with my financial advisor to go over my accounts this afternoon. After that I'll
probably be shopping for a new Corvette or a vacation home.....decisions...decisions....!! 🤣 🤣
