Rickochet Bravopilot I'm thinking of just follow @Typhoon around one day, doing what he does, Picking up poop from 4 Huskies is the ultimate test. 😜
KCee Back to the hospital today. My dad got a valve replaced yesterday. It went well and they may even release him today.

Typhoon Hate to break up the MASH unit talk but I had a fitting here today https://www.top100golfcourses.com/golf-course/boston
Typhoon I didn’t tell them I was from B’ricca or they’d have tossed me out. Had 3 people today🙄. 2 were walk ups amd they were more promising than the guy who signed up and wasted my time. He had p790 irons he was fitted for a month ago and a brand new custom All Black Stealth Plus. He wanted to hit the new p790🙄… actually spun it too much, same shaft, lost 5 yards. And the driver he wanted to try a different shaft, but had just bought a new one on eBay.
Typhoon So I forgot to mention in my rant the other day that the power washer got away from me and hit the pooper scooper that had Varitek’s glue like poop stuck in it. Well I ended up covered from the chest up in the shit that came out of the scooper. I finished cleaning up outside but all I could smell was poop since it was up my nose amd all over my face. My mouth was closed… I learned my lesson the hard way on that one

Walterjn Finished up the ceiling drywall patch. Got mud and tape on the seams. Just need to let everything dry and then sand and paint.
LBlack14 This place has, really, gone to shit. May go shopping, this morning. Football, more than likely, this afternoon and who knows what, this evening.
LBlack14 LBlack14 Had some "bad" numbers on a CT Calcium Scoring scan. Just got done with a stress test at Jewish Hospital in Kenwood. Normal, btw. Doc says no sign of any blockage. Bloodwork in 3 months. I liked it better, before, when I took life for granted. 🙄
Typhoon LBlack14 I liked it better, before, when I took life for granted. Yeah, what happened to those days right?
johnnydoom Was looking forward to a relaxing day after traveling the upper Midwest for a week. But no. Wife car wouldn't start this morning. Had to drive my daughter to school to take a PSAT practice exam. Then had to drive my wife to a social gathering. Now I need to diagnose her car problem, which I think I is some electrical parasitic drain that I now know is common to recent model Hondas, but didn't know when I bought it. This is the 2nd battery in a 4 year old car and apparently a battery every two years or so seems to be normal for modern CR-Vs. No wonder Toyota is selling all their RAV4s before they even hit the lot.
backinit johnnydoom If you look up parasitic drain on utube there are a couple of good videos to help diagnose with a basic multimeter. Nearly every car has multiple required drains that you force you to keep an eye on if you are not going to use a car regularly....or use a trickle charger. An option if to install a whole car switch, but that forces you to reprogram stuff.
colej johnnydoom Be aware that some cars you just can’t replace the battery. You have to link to it and reset the battery management system. One bad battery could’ve been causing the alternator to overcharge it and it’s never been reset. Now it Might be cooking the next battery you put in. https://getjerry.com/car-repair/2016-honda-cr-v-battery-draining-problem#what-causes-the-2016-honda-cr-v-battery-draining-problem See if your horn relay and your A/C relay are the same. Swap them and see if the horn starts blowing without hitting the horn button.
johnnydoom backinit It’s a shame that replacing the battery every two years or hooking up a trickle charger every night is now standard maintenance. This car doesn’t sit, but is driven every day.
Walterjn backinit no need for a switch to shut off everything. In the fuse box under the hood, there should be a captured fuse (one you can pull so it doesn't make contact yet never come completely out). It's call the IOD or Ignition Off Draw. With that out, it should stop most, if not all, of the electrical draw. You will still be able to start and drive the car...
