Walterjn It wasn't bad, but was very emotionally manipulative (as intended). Basically about Phil Robertson's life from about 10 years old until around 35 or so. The movie is filmed in a manic-depressive way that swings often through the ups and downs of relationships and then ends after Phil and one of his buddies have their come-to-Jesus moments. It is emotionally engaging, reasonably well acted and produced with unashamedly evangelistic intent. I don't tend to like drama, but am a Christian and also like the Duck Dynasty personalities, so I came away from it with a positive experience. The actors who play the young Si Robertson (Phil's brother - Uncle Si in the TV show) nail injecting the persona of the old man from Duck Dynasty into a child, 🙂
