Thanks, appreciate it. Luckily this type skin cancer isn't that serious. I've had the same basal cell skin cancer removed from my face several years ago.
If it's on your face they use what's called the Mohs type surgery. They cut out the cancer in stages until they get all the cells.
With this being on my upper chest he'll just do it in one swoop, because having a scar on your chest isn't as bad as having one on your face.
Skin cancer is common here in Florida. Basal and Squamous cell skin cancers are the most common and if caught early aren't really a problem. Melanoma is the deadly one. My golf buddy just had some pre melanoma removed from near his eye.
