Got to say that I admire John. He goes out of his way to work out and keep fit, and has a lot more drive to do things than I ever had or ever will.
As for me, more work. Gotta go into the office this morning to attend a retirement ceremony for the executive administrator in our department. Not much else going on. Need to decide what to make the family for supper tonight. The cold front has moved in here and it will be too cold for much in the way of outdoor activity for a while - but the sun will be out and I'll definitely get out for a walk or two to enjoy that.
