Had this guy before. His relative who painted our house recommended him. That's how we found him. He did our tray ceiling in the kitchen. Doesn't advertise, just word of mouth and repeat business.
No signing anything. Gave us a price and that's the price. He went with us to get all the materials. We don't pay anything until we're happy. For years he worked for a company that flew him around renovating hotels.
Good to have a guy like this. The cats are going to be stressed for awhile though. 😼
