Never understood the need to taste slime though. Those are the only things on the list that I'll pass on. Although, I'd probably at least try it, before not liking it. Never tried tofu either; not going to run out and buy anything just to 'taste' it, but if it's there, I'll do it. Liver.....meh...always looks so sumptuous, but has never tasted that way yet. And I've tried several times through the years.
I didn't see tongue, brains, or mountain oysters on the list. WTH?
