I've seen some older beat up 2 wheel carts going for around $100 on there.
I told my wife I should be making them myself. I've got the tools and knowhow, and suppliers. Even a 2 wheeler/hand truck could be converted for use, and someone would most likely buy it. But, the bottom will fall out when the states allow carts to be used again, which I think will be soon. And I'll be out a lot of cash for the one I have coming my way now.
