USGA/R&A Distance Report
This really is dumb to be discussing something that has been around for at least 3 years now.
I've noticed every brand/type of ball I've bought in that period has been reduced distance.
I still think the point of golf is to get the ball on the hole in the least mount of strokes. Are 18 hole scores on the 50’s becoming commonplace every week on tour? No…. Then why are their panties in a bunch?
Where can I get a set of these?

I’m hoping the ball companies will come up with conforming balls that minimize the losses at lower driver speeds and on approach shots.
Good God are they out of touch with reality in so much bigger way then I ever thought. Fucking clowns!
The golf ball companies must have a great lobby group.
Big deal - 5% loss of distance. That can be easily made up for many am’s with a good fitting. Most hacks won’t even know or realize the difference.
And, it won’t effect rec golfers for several years.

Amazing that golf’s governing body is the only one in sports looking to move the sport backwards. Why don’t we take all these clowns and tell them they no longer can use a cellphone or the internet. They like not advancing technology like the world and life was designed. Make them use pay phones and no computer. Fuckin foolish shit. Let’s take a sport that’s growing and and make it less attractive.
Oh shit, some guy is gonna do a 3 minute mile, let’s make all runners wear shoes that are 4 sizes too big so they can’t run as fast
Just another example of the industry of golf making themselves more niche and irrelevant. Maybe that’s what they want

I hope the PGA Tour sticks to their guns and doesn’t go along with the ball rollback. Not sure which I dislike worse the USGA or NCAA. Both regulatory bodies suck.
Just leave my Srixon Soft Feel alone. Or if you can, make it go farther.
