I'll start. Vertex AW on SK Fiber TT75R shaft. Cleveland Launcher HB 5W on UST 55 Gold R shaft.

Added some length to the shaft of my CAG345 putter and put a new, larger grip on it. We'll see how
it performs over the course of our weekly 18 hole round tomorrow....

KCee I haven't tried the Mavrik, but I would put the KE4 up against the Rogue, Epic Flash and G400SFT.

I have been playing the KE4 TC driver and just bought a Maverick and I do need to try a different shaft in the Mavrik but I'm not sure it will be able to kick out the KE4. I really like this driver.

Man I used to love these threads back in day. I have not built a whole club in years. I can't now since I lost everything in the fire back in September. When we get in our new home in late July you can be sure one of the first things I buy is some new equipment.

The 195 grams is minus the adapter which I assume weighs ~ 7 grams? Would make sense because the SFT head is listed at 202 grams. Hope the combo performs well for you. Can't wait to get mine. 🙂

I'm very curious to hear your take in the AD IZ 4R1 shaft in that PING head.

1st iteration of my G425. Specs as follows...
12*, 45.5" with Tour AD IZ. SW is D1.5 on my Golfworks scale.
Used the OEM 26gm backweight and 51gm grip.
Same specs with the OEM Tour shaft but 1/4" shorter and 57gm shaft vs 47gm shaft.

I'll try to post results after I get a chance to hit it. Hopefully Friday or Saturday.

I installed a 2 gram string of single strand yarn into my G400 Max. Left a tag end under the back
weight so that it would be easy to pull out if I didn't like it.

Love the sound transformation. Not muted, but tamed. Hard to describe it, but it stays for now.

The 400SFT has this "I just smashed it" sound. I can't describe it any better way.

colej Yeah I probably could. Thinking about it. I went for a lesson last night and stupidly started demoing some new irons. Of course my favorites were THE most expensive. Really loved both Miura and Epon forged cavity backs with Oban or Shimada steel shafts. They were seriously buttery. Even the Mizunos felt harsh compared to those. I think the Miuras were only $350 an iron. Still the Maltby with Modus 120S performed just as well and that's a much less expensive build.

fatshot Alpha Response heads I've been saving for just the right set of shafts!

If you need/like offset and medium-wide soles the Alpha Response irons are some of the best IMO. And they are 304 Soft Stainless Steel.

Put some game improvement heads on my dads graphite shafts and built a ladies Biocell shafted x stiff red tie tipped 1 inch at 46 inches. Probably a 11.5* head I’m guessing. I’m excited. League starts next week

one of the smoothest feeling shafts I’ve got to say is that new xcaliber Rapid Taper 95 shaft. Not sure if it’s the design or weight distribution but it’s pretty dang nice.

LogicalOne the middle of the road components don't exist anymore. Look forward to the day where that is an option .... But likely that 🚢 has sailed!

LogicalOne They are about $300 a club if I skip the Oban or Shimada shafts. The Epons were abut $350 without high end shafts. I may just look at Callaway or Mizuno which would be more like $175 each or I'll build myself some TS2's with Modus 120 for even less. I should not even have tried the high end stuff. It was waaay too smooth and now I want it lol.
