Mattyv You may have mentioned something before, but have you considered gripping with air? I much prefer the air method and not using solvent. It's easy after a couple practice grips.

I have thought about it more than once and honestly I probably should just give it a whirl since I already have a compressor…just never took the plunge and have always stuck with old school. All I would need is one of those air gripping tools from some outfit right?

Also did my HOF Express… took off the TM adapter and put on a Ping for the G425LST. Did it the other day using 24 epoxy. Waffle test today… feels so good. Reminds me of my Paderson Velocity feel. Hope it goes as good as it feels.

    5 days later

Spined and floed the new shaft for my King Cobra LTDx Max bought from BrownMoose. Then installed and epoxied the adaptor. Will grip it tomorrow and hope to try it out when we play on Monday.

colej let me know what you think?

Will do Jeff…I am in the middle of my 11 days in a row “hostage crisis” at work but should get to swing it in the next few days hopefully 🤞

    Finished up a 5-AW set of Alpha C2 forged w/LogicalOne 85S graphite & Dri-Tac 2.0 grips…

We’ll see how they do 👍

I have a bud I do club work for. He got a new shaft on a Friday and since I was gone for the weekend he got the local course "Pro" to install the adapter so he could use it on Saturday. At the course he noticed the head "wiggling" a bit so he didn't use it. He brought it to me and I twisted the head off with my hands. There was no abraiding at all and It had a clear glue (maybe Bramptons) on about half of the shaft. Nice work.
