Geekoman Weirfan Hey, Man! Thats cold, Bro!!! It took me 22 years to come up with that color scheme. Do you realize how much that cut into my drinking time?
Typhoon Geekoman Didn’t your idea have to do with the paint on a Camaro SS? Black/white and orange is bit too busy
sdandrea1 Geekoman Yep, dual color scheme is a real Brain teaser! LOL I'm pretty easy to confuse........ 😂
Geekoman Mattyv That .000005 added weight of vinyl tape is going to affect the No Brainer's playability! All weld spots on the inside of the No Brainer are .000004 specifically and anywhere on the club at a weight stronger than .000004 will raise the COG past the face centerline which in turn will cause the ball to nosedive at impact!. LOL
Par4QC Geekoman which in turn will cause the ball to nosedive at impact!. Well, at least then it won't go in the woods. Good to see ya posting here again, Steve!!
Mattyv Geekoman I will let my buddy know that with the added vinyl all warranties and playability guarantees are null and void. He did opt for the one black stripe so could you redo your calculations with half of the added weight from your previous assessment.😁
Geekoman Spuzz That's fine Spuzz! I designed the head so you can add up to 3 pounds of vinyl tape to the shaft without affecting play. I call it, Reverse COG.
colej Mattyv put the one black stripe to the rear! If it’s in the front the center of gravity will shift forward too much!!!
Geekoman Mattyv OK.....I RE-measured the specs and it worked out perfect in your favor! A 2nd look always works in favor of the buyer, seller and whatever else they want to hear.
Geekoman colej no sweat as the white vinyl tape weighs less than the black tape. It a lighter color therefore it weighs less! Go ahead google it. LOL
Toulon All about the black/black. The white/black looks like the Cleveland Browns. White/White isn't Oregon State. Once you go black, you shouldn't go back.
Rickochet no sweat as the white vinyl tape weighs less than the black tape If it matters using tape might be a rules violation. I remember a discussion on FGI about using pin striping tape for a putter alignment aid and someone said it was a rules violation. You can paint stuff on but can't add anything that can be removed during a round. I don't know how this is different from lead tape but might be worth checking out if it matters.
Mattyv Rickochet Not an issue, this club will never be played in a competitive round by the person buying it.
