The shop told me 18 to 20 mph. I had it wide open today on the way home on a street and I'm thinking that's probably max. It's damn skippy faster than our 2002 Club Car.

I bought some socks on amazon. Gold Toe anklets, to be precise. Most comfortable sock I've ever worn. I also bought a decorative planter with silk roses, similar to the one that my wife was looking at at the local Pier 1, which they wanted $299 for. LOL.. good Lord. I almost had an aneurysm when she tried to convince me it was worth it. The one on amazon was $22. Looks even nicer. $279 saved.

So what did you do on the Diablosport tuner? Did you buy one and do it yourself? We drove the black on the other day, it was great. Probably end up with it. Gas mileage is what bums me out some. How much will a tune help? The tuning, throttle body and cold air intake I'd be interested in doing. Just have to find a place. Looks like you threw in another couple grand?

Typhoon The DiabloSport i3 came with preloaded tunes and one is specifically for gas mileage. But I bought custom tunes from Hemifever (engine and transmission tunes) specifically for 91+ octane (they will do whatever you want, pretty much). Hemifever does a great job too. They will take your data from your logged test runs and analyze it for you and send back a file with further tweaked custom tunes. Also, DiabloSport does a great job working with you in case the PCM gets flashed by a dealership or shop when they do service (I bought the PCM from DiabloSport as well). Total cost for everything I listed previously with labor, including a 180 degree thermostat, was just shy of $6k.

Was wandering through Costco the other day and decided to get some of these to (hopefully) knock around sometime soon. They were $22 per double dozen and my son has been chewing through my stash lately. Even used my poor photography skills to hide the metallic blue coloration on the box.😀

johnnydoom I like Callaway balls, a few models of them. But, all come with shredable covers, so it seems. Yet, I will still play them. I may have to run to Costco myself, at those prices.
