Just ordered this Acer XDS #9 wood from Aaron at Value Golf….to match up with the #11 wood I bought earlier in the summer. IF there was ever a doubt, I have a “geezer bag” for sure now….

I was wasting time while my wife was looking at shoes and ran across something called a Groove Belt. The buckle has a magnet and hooks, and the webbing of the belt has a bit of stretch to it. Had some Prime bucks with Amazon so I looked it up and ordered two of them for $43 total. Just got them and adjusted them to length. Been wearing one for about an hour and it is one comfortable belt. May not be any good if you load your pants or belt down, but that bit of stretch keeps it from digging in. I think I'll like them if no one tries to pants me. They've been out awhile, but I didn't know about them.

Debating on what, if anything to get from Callaway. My daughter's, boyfriend's dad works for Callaway and just gave me a nice discount code. 7 wood, hybrid or wedge? Don't really need anything, but that's never stopped me from making a golf purchase. I was just hoping for a free sleeve of balls at some point.

Bought some 2”x2” and some 1”x2” steel tubing. When we get new machines in at work they come on these large metal frame pallets that have fork pockets on them. I’ve been wanting a place to put my firewood and I think this is a solution. I can use my skid steer and take these things wherever I want. I’ll likely put some boards on the sides as well just to hold everything tight.
