I hear what you're saying, BB......after walking 18 holes yesterday I came home, got on my inversion table until my back "cracked" a couple of times, did a couple of yoga stretches, ate dinner, then took a very hot bath in epsom salts!
Once my body "gets used" to playing golf again, I won't have to do all this stuff, but I've learned to be a little proactive if I want to feel good the next day.....
