mikeintopeka I still maintain he needs to come out of this cleaner to prevent the NFL from taking any action and putting him up for even more ridicule.
Suppressed evidence or not, that chicken has already flown the coop as far as public opinion is concerned. And let's be real - the whole concussion thing, the domestic violence thing - these things really didn't matter to the league until the pressure from the public perception forced them to acknowledge these issues and deal with them.
The amount of money Kraft has won't be able to sway public perception regarding his image. That's already been established in concrete.
I don't know how the laws apply, I'll state that upfront. But if a person comes out of a residential dwelling that is known for illegal drug activity and under surveillance, and that person gets in a car and leaves, do the police not have the jurisdiction, not to mention a sworn obligation to uphold the law as it relates to public safety, to at least question the nature of that person's reasoning for visiting the residence being investigated? It would seem to me that they don't need a broken taillight or moving violation to pull someone over in that instance since probable cause already exists?
Like I said - I'm not a scholar on the legalities involved, or what rights are being violated in that situation. Just more or less an honest question.
There's video, and it would just seem logical to me that if he's fighting this (regardless of whichever angle he's using) it would nevertheless be made part of public record.
