Past several days we had mid 90°F temperature. High reached 96 in the shade around here . Heard my neighbor's air conditioner humming all day long. Off Shore flow brought in hot air from across the eastern State which caused this heat wave.
Several inland lake had toxic algae bloom, some swimmers got sick from ingesting the water while in the water...... Next week will have high temperature ranging from 74 F to low 90°F.
Not complaining, just not used to this around here. We're used to have maybe a handful of days in a year over 90°F in the past several decades. Been hitting the 90° F often since May this year.
There is no denying the mother earth had hit her menstrual cycle.
News flash, Big Horn Wyoming had the first snow of the year for the lower 48. Too, too early.
