  • Reed claims Spieth didn't want to be paired with him in RC.

PA-PLAYA Who in their right mind knows what the hell bubba is thinking. His own psychiatrist doesn't know what the hell he's thinking half the time.

Bubba doesn't know either...................

Lol, too bad Chef Ramsay is European, imagine him on the US sideline as Captain this past week.

Yelling at Bubba:
"You are playing worse than my Gran and she's dead"

To Tiger and Bryson
“This is a really tough decision…’cause you’re both crap.”

"He is so full of s---,'' a member of Team USA told the New York Post on Monday. "Blindsided, my ass. He begged to play with Tiger [Woods].''

I wonder how much "he said, she said" Thomas Bjorn had to deal with Monday morning....

Sneakylong Although he played well on Sunday, he would've shot in the 80's with his own ball before that.

I did read the official count was an 85.

The mystery quote was from was Reed's wife.......😉

He was paired with an epic loser in this event/format. 14 majors do not necessarily make you a great Ryder Cup player.

And I'm guessing Tigger was just thrilled to be paired with a guy who has a higher winning percentage in this event than he does. 😝

PA-PLAYA Hell, I felt bad for Jim when he was named captain. Players that want that position, must have a couple loose screws. I doubt Jim was begging for it. I'd hope for Phil to be named as 2020 captain. This week, ASAP! Maybe even co-captains for the 1st time ever...…..with TW.

But 1st, a rule be passed that once you are named as captain or ass't, you are no longer eligible for the team, regardless of how your play goes. U.S wins!😁

Be careful what you wish for. Belichick just might sit a player who is one of their best, stubbornly keep that very good player benched, go on and lose and then not explain why he did it. 😉

        Sneakylong

True, but he might also value doing what he feels is right, as a team leader, over what is convenient.

Well... it was reported earlier today that the alleged brouhaha between Brooks and DJ never happened. At least according to Brooks' side of things.

“This Dustin thing, I just don’t get. There was no fight, no argument. He’s one of my best friends. I love the kid to death. We talked on the phone Monday and yesterday, so you tell me how we fought.

“People like to make a story and run with it. It’s not the first time there’s been a news story that isn’t true that’s gone out.”

LMAO! I can see Belichik at the press conference before and after (a loss). He's got that "stare" just daring someone to ask a drama-bait question. His players would realize that "yes, coach" is the only response that wouldn't result in benching.
        😂

Let me provide what his commentary would most likely be.

Reporter: Why did this team perform so badly this weekend?
          Belichick: We didn't execute.
Reporter: Why hasn't this team won an event in 25 years on European soil?
          Belichick: We don't execute.
Reporter: Why did Reed say what he said about Spieth?
Belichick: I have no comment about that. You'll have to ask him.
Reporter: What really happened between Brooks and Dustin Sunday evening?
Belichick: Ask them. This interview is over.

          LOL

It's gotta be tough to be a sports writer in Boston. But Bill has never been one to say more than he feels needs to be said to a media person.
