It was warm enough here to play yesterday (40's and almost no wind) but even if I had been in good enough physical shape to play, we got an email from the club that the greens had been treated with an anti snow mold mixture and urged all to stay off of them.

    Decent day yesterday, too bad the sun came out when we were done. Not much wind and mid 40's.

    Funny thing is there were probably 4 groups out and we were all bunched together. Had a wait on some holes.

      Typhoon Ha! Unreal. This past weekend I was treated to my first 3hr front nine. Gave up and went home.

                  So today I didn't bother playing. I had the whole afternoon too. It's 42 degrees, sunny, but the wind is stupid. I played last Friday in the same conditions...not doing it again. I played Wednesday, no wind. I'll look at next week.

                  It's not like it's free either, it's still $20 for 9 like mid July. Plus, I had the guy at put aside a mint condition Ping Anser 2 milled putter that already has my size Superstroke on it...in with the used crap but has never seen use. I'm going to trade in my Futura that I rarely use and pick this up. The $20 I saved on Golf today will cover the difference....so it's seems like a wise choice.

                  Bringing in my Newport to have them match up the length and lie on the Anser 2.
