Regarding the sound of a club. The consensus seems to be sound and feel are the same. Disagree, at least not for me. A well struck shot could sound loud or have no sound at all for me.
The Cobra F Speeds had a an aluminum baseball bat sound. Feel though was excellent. Solid strike felt like butter to me.
My TM SIM Max OS irons when hit solid have no sound to me, but feel like butter. Feels like I hit nothing. Maybe a ping pong ball.
Anyway, sound of a club is not a factor for me. Performance trumps all. Looks doesn’t matter to me either. Amazes me that something that has zero factor in performance is such a non starter for many golfers.
