Hilary, as SOS, also visited Putin after the uranium deal was approved and it wasn't too long after Bill had been there. During that visit, Hilary announced we were removing some of the economic sanctions in place against Russia as another big olive branch. The final details of the Uranium One sale were completed in 2013.
