If they work for you that is great. I could never get over the look, will stick with my MD3's.
New Wedges!
I am most interested by the performance of these, or any other wedge, in closely mown conditions. I can't remember the last time I had to hit a SW or GW from the rough, so that aspect of these clubs doesn't interest me that much. Of course, their performance from the sand is always of interest, but I don't usually struggle from the sand. But it's those pitches around greens where the grass is really short that really get me, particularly in wet/soft conditions. A wedge that deals with those conditions is what is of real interest to me.
From the pics you posted they look great at address. Steve, you are right, can't beat the eye 2 wedges. I have the PM grind wedges, I know you didn't care for yours, and they are nice but the eye 2 are supreme.
kelco9 I can tell you I used the 52 Tille for all my approach shots both on the short grass as well as thick. It did great! Spun the ball like crazy too.

My gap wedge is an Eye 2+ with the modified sole grind. 50 degree weapon!
Sand wedge is 56 degree standard
I, too, thought the original Eye 2 SW was 56 degrees. But it's not like I know anywhere near as much about ping clubs as Steve does, so I'll defer to his expertise.
