New Wedges!
- Edited
cpanther1995 Rickochet The Big Bang had nothing to do with it, that red "e" is an original design.
.
Don't get you knickers in a bunch. I wasn't challenging the original design of the wedges. I was merely commenting that the Big Bang driver that I think Steve was involved with had "eTools" stamped on the sole. I thought there might have been a connection with the "e."

Rickochet ok THAT e, lol!
No, no knickers in wads lol! Its all good dude. That e was actually inspired by something else. The Tille logo just happened and Steve loved it. Best way I can describe it.
I'm happy for him about this new venture. He's excited about it, and I really believe he has a big time winner with this wedge. The man knows how to design a golf club!

Wouldn't mind better pics of the sole-
From heel to toe or vice versa....not like the site where it's the broad side, so it's running from heel to toe, the narrow way, you almost get that view in the video, but it starts and stops just short of all the way down the line., it looks like a monstrosity otherwise, but when you start to see it from that angle, you can kinda see the design features.
I know I am a broken record, but a good pic of what it looks like at address. Seriously the most important feature of how a club looks is in the playing position!
Does it have a killed leading edge?
And for those of us who want a standard weight shaft, is there an option or are we f'ed?
ode I'll get some better pics posted for you. To be honest at setup you really don't see an increased bulk. We thinned out the top line to help give it a better appeal at address and to lower the weight to where it matters.
cpanther1995 I'm not sure on the eTools e but the meaning behind this e is "ecommerce" simply for the fact the we are selling it mostly online.
ode what weight shaft are you looking for?
OMG them's FUGLY
but if they work, heck my bunker game stinks so might try them

Yo!
Something standard weight, dgs/r/x300, px5.5 (non flighted), KBS tour....imo not having a standard weight option rules out a sh1tload of golfers....I doubt I'll order, but it might be a Xmas idea!
I think the ugliness wears off fast. I have the PM grind Callaway wedges and yes they are ugly but I'm not thinking that when I'm playing. If you hit a few good ones with the OMG, you'll be fine. Even ugly women give good BJ's.
ode For those options I would suggest either Teestar golf or chuck's custom clubs. They will have a larger selection of shafts and they both carry TILLe
This is all you need.
Well, here goes:
Played 36 holes with Spuzz and had the Tille's in the bag.
I am not a great wedge player but am a good chipper.
Looks:
I think they look awesome. The colouring is almost a satin aluminum if that is possible. It is not chrome nor is it satin. Thin-ish Topline which I like. They look like they haven't been used so the durability is good.
Performance:
Off a tight fairway I have trouble with wedges since I am a sweeper and these seem to be better than my Ray Cooks and Eidolons. The course we were on was mowed very tight. Where they excel for me is in the rough. They cut through it better than any wedge I have tried. When they are opened up they sit nicely.
The ball spins a lot. The grooves are sharp and the micro grooves add to the spin. I did actually back one up with my 52 from 90 yards out. I have hardly ever done that before.
Chipping is easier since I forward press them and this takes the bounce out , and they have a sharp leading edge.
The ball stops very quickly. I was able to vary the distance quite easily.
Overall:
I like these things. They are different and they work well. When I get out on the weekend I will use them on my home course and let you know how they do.
Interesting name.......
thanks for the review. I saw these for the first time (on the web) the other day. they look very intriguing.
