I like the Orange Whip for strength and flexibility. What I bought was the SKILZ, same thing but cheaper.

Due to too much carpentry work around the house i now have arthritis in my hands and can't use it anymore.

If interested, just let me know.

Instead I use the Swing Fan.

I think I probably have or had just about everyone these training aids listed....and then some! 🙁

scotts33 I have the Whippy Tempomaster Driver and 5-iron. That is FUN to use, but your swing better be on. I can hit them both well some of the time, but get the least bit fast and the ball is going right, and badly. The funny part about all this is that my wife's swing is so slow that she hits the whippy almost as well as her regular clubs. It hardly flexes. LOL.

I would like to try the SwingRite, but thing is expensive for what it is. My friend's dad had one way back in the 1980s, so I have swung it. I didn't "get it" at the time.

Have replaced the good old 2x4 with orange and yellow driveway marker sticks. Easier to carry in bag.

Tees, gold towel and balls seem to be the best training aids for me.

Of course that hasn't stop me from continuing to try and collect training aids. Latest is the Golfers Tool Box. It is confusing...

Has anybody tried the Swing Jacket? I know it's kind of similar to the Swing Shirt, except that it has rails that force the golfer into certain positions. It looks very restrictive, but I've never tried it.

rsvman I have always been interested in the Swing Jacket and could really see it helping some people. I kick myself a bit because I had a chance to buy one for $20 and then lost it out of laziness/procrastination. I finally saw one in real life the other day on the practice range. I talked to the guy using it and he swore by it. He said that he works with it alot and it has cured his over the top move. He told me that it finally gave him an idea of what meant to drop down into a "power slot."

Was originally designed to help develop the feel of lag in the golf swing.

It's still being sold on Amazon all these years later, averaging 3.5 stars out of 5 stars reviews. Lots of positives with the occasional negative.

Never tried it, but it seems there might be some benefits based on the reviews.

PA-PLAYA I have one of these. It's not to feel lag; in fact, you're not supposed to use it with a full swing and it hurts your finger if you try to do so. It's more about holding the hands in the proper position for pitching and chipping, forcing you to use your body correctly and not get "wristy."

Bought one shortly after it came out. Used it for about two weeks, then never used it again. lol

I won something similar to the Whippy Tempo Master from a buddy in a friendly match in Texas. He had been receiving lessons from a fitter/pro and my friend had him make a training tool from a gripped graphite fishing rod pole with a small metal wood head attached on the end. I still use it on occasion, not only while just swinging on the first tee to warm up, but also on the range. Yes sir, I'm a redneck golfer 😁

I just picked up a PSP Golf "The Little One" for $32 on eBay. If you haven't seen it, google it. Just a normal club with a clubhead just barely big enough to hit a golf ball. Should be good. I will post pics once I get it and a short review after I use it, but you can find it easy enough with a Google or eBay search.

I never understood the point of the Kalassy. Could somebody please explain to me what it was meant to do?

Then there's this... one of the more recent golf training aids, which (imo) would be much more valuable as it relates to everyday play and knowing (within a yard or two) of what your actual distances and swing speeds are for each club.

A bit pricey at $349, but for the player who plays regularly, and better yet - practices regularly on the range - this might scratch an itch.

Especially considering that the data provided is (allegedly) nearly identical to the ultra-expensive launch monitors used by teaching professionals and touring professionals.

Curious to know if anyone has any feedback with this.

Looks like a fairly useful gadget.

Seriously considering it, as I've lost considerable distance over the past few years and need to recalibrate my according distances.

Seems like a pretty good resource for range use.
