I have the Orange Whip and I love it, but I use it mostly for loosening up prior to hitting range balls or playing. It is said to help with sequencing, and I think it might. One time I was playing a round of golf with a friend of mine who normally hits his driver pretty well, but it was a rare warm day in December so he hadn't played in a while. For the first 4 holes he hit his driver absolutely miserably. Before we teed off the 5th hole I told him to take 10 or 12 swings with my Orange Whip. He had never seen or used one before. After taking about 10 practice swings with it, he stepped up on the 5th tee and absolutely crushed a driver right down the center of the fairway.
Now, was that because it loosened him up some? Maybe. Or perhaps it did help to hone his sequencing. I don't really know. But I find it loosens me up before a round better than anything I have tried in the past. So i feel like it's worth the money even if it ISN'T actually teaching me anything about the golf swing per se.
