Sparky I hit a baby fade, high ball flight. But yeah, my averages are about 70% fairways and 11 GIRs, so I know not to mess with it. Just shocked actually seeing that picture.

[deleted] Sparky I would kill to have a controllable fade. I find a swing that is a bit upright to be more desirable as I like the miss better. I'm getting there, but it's a challenge trusting it.

Finally got tired of it, and I took a 4 month sabbatical from a course while I took "how to hit a fade" lessons. It worked, everything is a fade now, and I have ZERO ability to draw a ball any more.
Sparky The other bad thing you can't see....the target is to the right (feet actually look aimed correctly). My club at the top of the backswing is really pointing far left. Again, not going to mess with it while I am playing well, but if I get into a funk then I know what to start working on.

braveheart Sneakylong That position or as close as you can to it is the key to hitting it solid. Many Pros try to get (feel) their hands in their front right pocket (like Furyk here). Moe Norman and Ben Hogan felt like they were trying to put their hands in their back right pocket. Harry Vardon felt like he was trying to hit his right heel in the downswing. Hmm, one of these feels might be very helpful to me, lessening an over the top motion.

sdandrea1 Sparky You manage to get that right elbow back in at some point, otherwise...........😵💫. Remember, all that matters is how the club face arrives at the ball. That's a great view- cool looking hole!👍
