These can still be found new under 200. But, they may have the soft Helium shaft.
A sleeper to look at would be the Srixon ZX5. A 460 head that looks smaller, not a spread-out pancake look. And will perform as well as any driver made today, in all aspects.
The LS or triple diamond model OEM heads are only 450cc, and to me look even smaller with their deep faces. And they do not require an excess of swingspeed, btw. I've disproved that idea/thought many times.
