Typhoon I just don’t see how an hour time change does anything. To me it’s like I got up this morning an hour later. Nothing looks different…
Par4QC Typhoon Nothing looks different… 🤔I sometimes wonder about you Johnny boy. You never noticed the sun was in a different position than the same time yesterday? May be the only obvious change.
professor Par4QC Right? The sun’s position changes every day, even if you can’t see it. LOL Regarding sleep, come 11 pm tonight, I won’t be tired. Trying to offset this effect by staying up very late last night. Time will tell…Hahaha
Par4QC professor Trying to offset this effect by staying up very late last night. 😄I didn't go to bed til 4 this morning. Up before 9. The 'spring forward' normally makes me sleep longer though, in actual hours. We'll see how tomorrow morning goes.
KCee LBlack14 I just bought some Nervive PM I hope the stuff works for you and I'm interested to hear if it does. Anything that has more than half a mg of Melatonin doesn't seem to work for me. My wife takes a ton of Melatonin, doesn't sleep well but then swears she can't sleep without it 🙄
sdandrea1 Yipsy That scene will be fun. How will Reacher end him? I'm thinking something to do with Paulie's baulie's. It's gonna be a huge let down if he just shoots him, unless he uses that gatling gun hanging in the guard shack. 😎
LBlack14 KCee I hope the stuff works for you and I'm interested to hear if it does. I appreciate it. Nothing substantial to report yet. Although I did sleep for 4-5 hours Tuesday night, 8-8:30pm to 1 ish am. We'll see.
rsvman2 KCee It has been scientifically proven that more melatonin means worse sleep. The optimal amount seems to be 0.5 to 1.5 mg. Americans always think that if a little is good, more must be better, but with melatonin that isn't the case. You are doing it right.
Typhoon Every night I wake up probably 15-20 times to roll over. My shoulders kill and I can’t stay in one position for long. If I lay on my back I snore.

KCee Typhoon That's me as well. I will snore myself awake laying on my back. For quite awhile I would just sleep on my right side as my left shoulder would hurt too much. Then the left shoulder got better, but the right started acting up. Now they both hurt. I would sleep on my stomach, but that was initially how I hurt my left shoulder. I just need some stronger drugs I guess.

Typhoon Rickochet I take a Viagra before I go to sleep. It keeps me from rolling off the bed. Yeah, keeps you up all night
azgreg LBlack14 Have you tried having your wife bash you in the back of the head with a frying pan? Works in the cartoons.
