In bed at 10:45, asleep by 10:55. Usually sleep well until 4 something, From there it's a crapshoot, I may fall right back to sleep for an hour or two, I may be awake for a while and then fall back asleep for up to an hour or I may not fall back to sleep at all. I usually get about 5-1/2 to 6-1/2 hours, but rarely less than 5 and rarely more than 6-3/4. I feel like I need at least 6 hours.
I'll get up once to go to the bathroom about 2/3 of my nights, but I usually don't "have" to, it's just more of a distraction from going back to sleep if I don't.
