Well, the deed is done. I may invest in the basics and do it myself in the future, but for now I just wanted my clubs done and done quickly. I have next week off and plan on playing some golf.
I can't believe I followed any advice from Steve, but since others agreed with him I decided to do it. I went with the RACs. I do believe that they are the most forgiving and generally the straightest, so I do think they will help me score more than the others. Limpalong is exactly right; ego over what club one hits is pretty stupid. Putting for birdies on more holes is WAY more important than bragging about how far you can hit your 8-iron.
