I took a 'yoga for seniors' class for during the winters for 3-4 years at the local YMCA. I felt it really helped my with my flexibility, until Covid closed down the Y for a while. When it re-opened, the instructor, an older guy, did not come back. I wrote down most of the stretches that we did, and I do actually do some of them on golf days, but I’ve been a lazy slug this winter (been sick twice and that has slowed me down). Lately I’ve recommitted myself to starting it up again…..fingers crossed….
