she-it.....gonna be a tough one to figure now, what with TW withdrawing. Changed all the odds, skewed everything. DJ will prolly be the favorite now.

So, are we doing this?
If this is still happening, I will offer up a brand new (uncut and un-gripped) LogicalOne Black putter as a prize. Head cover and LogicalOne grip will be included as well.
Guess I'll start?

Since we all know Tiger's ass isn't going to play...

Tie Breaker: Winning score is -11
Really no point in posting teams until the rules are set up and everyone is picking from the same current published criteria, including removing any last minute WD's.
and with only 6 players picked, the possibility of a 3 way tie is a lot higher than when two from each group plus a wildcard is used (no ties have ever taken place btw)
seriously, some patience is required,
I need to submit my picks now as I'm headed out of state for a funeral and won't return until after the tee times start Thursday. But, if I hear one of my picks wins the Par 3 contest, I'm pulling into a McDonald's to get free wi-fi and edit my entry <grin>
Tier 1 - McIlroy
Tier 2 - Scott
Tier 3 - Rose
Tier 4 - Snedeker
Tier 5 - Rahm
My sleeper - Kjeldsen
1-MatsuYama
2-Scott

Tier 4) Russell Knox
Tier 5) Jon Rahm
Outside) Kevin Na
Tie breaker
1) Will Tiger Woods play in the tournament? no
2) What will the winner's score be? 272
So did we ever agree on a set criteria for this contest?
darpar I don't even think anyone has volunteered to run the contest. I believe the original poster simply said that if someone wanted to set up a contest, he would provide a prize. To my knowledge no one has actually "wanted to set up a contest." Just a whole bunch of people want to enter the contest.
If somebody does take the initiative, please make a new thread!
Sooooo, pick 5, 1 from each group of top 30 then 1 outside the top 30 and a tie breaking score??
