I missed it. Didn't know when or where it was on. Guess I must not have been terribly interested. 🙃

sdandrea1 Reported 919,000 watched first day. Not sure how this number measures nowadays but seems a lot when on a fee service channel (ESPN+)

Bravopilot I read 1.3 million. Either way, it's a pretty good start. Either number is larger than the usual LIV audience.

It's a whole different game and more entertaining when the match is close like tonite!
Tiger's team against Rory's....Tom Kim was made for this format.👍

      darpar

EDIT: Yup it sure was…well shucks

Wait what? It is on tonight?

I have ESPN+ that is an add on to Hulu...doesn't show it.

TGL is probably not for the so called 'purist golfer', but if you like to
think out of the box a little, you'll still see some pretty good golf....
And most of these guys took it very seriously, it's a totally different atmosphere
that took them out of their typical 9-5 comfort zone.....a pretty cool concept! IMO
And there was a shit load of money involved!

darpar And most of these guys took it very seriously

Agreed…more so than I thought they would…and as you said…a different concept that still gets them fired up to include the fans in the stadium…especially during the playoffs

The championship match was actually fun to watch. There were some great golf shots. I haven't watched enough of
this years shows to really know what's going on some of the time. The "Hammer" flags were one of the things I didn't
know about but figured out they were kind of like a press in a match. I had seen bits of some of the previous matches
but wasn't overly impressed. I found it difficult to keep up with what was going on and what hole they were playing, etc.
