Rickochet My son sent me an $100 eCard for Uber Eats. Never used Uber Eats before. I wonder if White Castle does Uber Eats? 🤔
LBlack14 CallMeAl Mom fixed me a Chess Pie For Christmas! Haven't Had One In Years! Mmmm Mmmm! Ok AL, fill me in. I like cheese and I like pie, so......???
CallMeAl LBlack14 Not Cheese..."Chess". Something made mostly in the South. Mom adds walnuts 'cause "That's the way I like it" ala KC and The Sunshine Band! https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/9090/chess-pie/
Par4QC Bravopilot For full disclosure, I will state that I was asked what I wanted. My reply was....'you've been in my place, esp. the basement, WTF would I ever need or want?' I told them sweat pants, for around the house. Only thing I could think of. But if they gave it any thought.....I'd be getting a bag of cash!! 😲😄
Walterjn I've just quit asking for anything. That said, I've received a new yeti cup( it won't replace my current cup), a nice Filson jacket that is perfect for cold weather, wool socks, and a card with $100 folded into an origami heart.
Jelopster Some new razor blades (Rapira Platinum Lux), a shave soap/after shave set, tee and 1/4 zip of my kids soccer club, a SWEET Aldi sweatshirt, a classic Casio G Shock...and COVID. Feeling better but 24th and 25 were rough
rsvman2 Jelopster I didn't know there were other classic shavers here (although KCee also at least used to be)... I also received three soaps from Sudsy Soapery and a new lather bowl that was made by a local potter.
[deleted] I got to take possession of the driver and box of chrome soft balls..at least I got what I wanted.
johnnydoom rsvman2 I didn't know there were other classic shavers here Not really into shaving, but I did purchase a basic Viking duel edged safety razor last year and have been using it for several months. Working from home often has my stubble going for a few days between shaves and those cartridge razors just clog up and quickly become useless until cleaned out with an old toothbrush. I like the double-edged razor both from a use and cost standpoint, but still just use canned shaving cream.

I got the "1988" soap and a/s from Rex Supply (Razor Emporium's house brand) It's a powder musk straight out of the 80s. Most importantly, my wife "doesn't hate it!"
