Par4QC Not Arnie and the goal must be to win, not add his name to Playing Captain. He doesn't have the commanding respect Arnie did way back when, today's egos are different. He is not a dominating player. Plus, not dominating Vice Captain on his team. If he plays and US loses, he will have to move.
Now, somebody gets sick/hurt, the change to Bylaw is handy for him to jump in but still a bad idea.
