Must be an East Coast thing. I seldom see tire tracks and I play in the afternoons always. And a lot of carts have gone out, sometimes only a handful left when I go out.
Your greens must have no grass at all, and be like broken glass to putt on, what with the various types of shoe soles people wear today. 600 people daily walking on them, dragging feet, twisting/turning, without lifting feet.
