PA-PLAYA After reading what her trainers did to her trying to get her down to weight (including blood removal), and even then all of that for naught, she ended up in the hospital.

Crazy.

From what I've heard that's STOP even at the college level. Guys sitting in saunas with no water trying to make weight, dangerous stuff. They cut her hair, why not shave it off?

Not sure where to post this, as it's not something i bought, it was a gift, so...

A friend went to the Paris Olympics for the dressage. She said the heat was brutal. She also decided that she needed to bring me something from there...

It came with the removable pin.

This one doesn't come off as far as I know.

I now have a light hat for golf. I'll probably be wearing this at the larger courses I end up playing.
Not a daily wear.

PA-PLAYA agreed. probably not going to be used for the hot summer days. More likely bright spring/ cooler fall days.

Walterjn More likely bright spring/ cooler fall days.

C'mon man, you can't wear white after Labor Day, lol.

Watching 'Wedgie Polo' right now,US women are leading Aus 5-2.👍

darpar The NBA Allstars barely squeaked by Serbia!

Steph Curry show, Steph held them in it by a whisker.

darpar it was entertaining. Serbia played good D, good team O with a lot of pick and rolls to get big on little/vice versa and were hot from 3.....but they made NO 3's in the 4th. Curry, Lebron, KD, and Embid showed up huge....Embid 7 pt run was huge, and a big block in there! And Lebron's d on Joker was pretty stout.

darpar I did watch the women's 4x100. Had to watch it 3-4 times. Could not believe, for maybe the 1st time ever, seeing those perfect exchanges.

These 4 guys should have been left in the kennel. Dogs!!

They know how to run. But not in a baton relay.

darpar The US men need to learn how to run a relay

I just watched a replay of the women’s Breaking gold medal match won by Japan. Break dancing seems like a strange addition, but is every bit as athletic and artistic as long accepted Olympic competitions. Not something I’d want to watch repeatedly, but as someone who has never paid attention to it before I was pretty fascinated. The announcer said they aren’t going to continue it in the 2028 games though.

Grant Fisher wins Bronze in the 5000 and 10000 meter races with great sprints at the end.

Edit: USA women's soccer win Gold, well played game.
