Cheap Geezer method: Grab an old steel shaft and leave the grip on it, measure down the shaft from the grip end to the size of the opening desired ( micrometer measured ), cut off and then abrade the outside of the end of the shaft & opening you created to sharpen it. Works like a charm and cost is zero.
