I am already strongly biased to accept the results of the public explanation of Gene Hackman's death. In fact I have a very strong confirmation bias since, other than her actual cause of death, I predicted that would be the outcome of the investigation 9 days ago.
johnnydoom It kind of makes sense if she had a stroke or something of that nature and he didn't have the mental faculties anymore to know what to do as far as getting help for her or to take care of his own medical needs. I don't know what his mental condition was, but his physical condition looked bad in that video and at 95 I guess that's not surprising.
However, that would make me a very poor forensic investigator now because I jumped to a conclusion without investigating other possible causes.
