If you buy that kit, you can skip the $30 grips if you just use two normal grips end to end, just to get the feel. You might have to shorten the top grip depending on where your hands are gonna be.
They don't say the lie angle of the shaft. You can always just stand on the putter head and bend the shaft for lie angle. Usually 75 or 76 for arm lock.
edit: I agree with Scott that a fatter grip helps. I once stuck a tennis ball over the end of one of my home made ones just to get it to sit properly.
