DonM same here ....I still question if he will win one in tough conditions, i.e. firm baked out conditions, but he pulled this one off. Seriously delivered with a hiccup and some tough circumstances down the stretch with his last two drives being a bit unlucky. That was a fun final round to watch!

Both datko (-14) and fat shot (-13) picked the winner but not the score of -21 (new Major record).

If the course weren't soft, one of those scores may well have won. Congrats on at least picking the golfer.

Great win.....great championship. Hovland and Deshambeau pushing Xander and Deshambeau hitting that putt on 18 to make Xander birdie for the win was some high drama. Power lip IN. I dunno what others think but the layup on 18 was a good shot.....was gonna say "gutsy" but there was not much risk. Def got his attention and he pulled it off flawlessly.

Hell, in Texas, if there is an accident on the freeway, drivers just start peeling off the right side and down to the frontage road. We did it once with our pickup towing a fifth wheel camping trailer. It looked like a jailbreak.
