Terrible halftime show, good game. Heartbreak for SF.
Super bowl Who ya got?
Lol at the TS whining. There is real potential....ya know with a better outfit...her friends, etc
Typhoon Exactly… she has NOTHING to do with the game. She’s not a husband , wife or family member. She s a spectator. Why do I have to see her every time he touches the ball?
Yeah, I hated when the camera would cut-away from Tiger and show us Elin. Oh, nevermind, they were married. Now I get it. LOL

Great halftime show! I didn't watch it. It was like intermission! A 20 minute break to go fix a snack and listen to some music. LOL
I wanted Black Label Society and Disturbed at halftime, because we're a diverse country like that.
PRINCE!! Was the last good halftime show, that I recall and I'm being serious!!
Missed the first half and half-time. Thought the second half was mostly terrific. Seemed like San Fran softened up their underneath coverage every time they had a lead for some reason that I don't understand. In any event, I enjoyed the battle, if not the outcome.
As far as T-Swizzle goes, I think she's a terrific entertainer that knows how to perform. Not my type of music, but I do appreciate that she delivers upbeat, catchy tunes in an old fashioned have fun with it sort of way. Don't care about her presence in the box. I hate her political views, but that goes for approx. 94.3% of entertainers anyway, Probably be the same for most NFL players for that matter if I knew their views, but I don't, and it doesn't really matter as long as it's not packaged into the game. Don't mind that I missed any pre-game activities where that may have been the case.
After YEARS of bad choices in guys, and her making millions off those choices, by writing songs about them. Maybe, just maybe she has made a good choice with this one, and she'll start making better music... as far as them cutting away from the game to show her, they will always cut away to show the rich and famous for a reaction to a call that is detrimental to the team they support... I'm happy that the game was a close one, not a blowout one way or the other, and that it finished in OT.
Great game! Halftime show - not worthy of discussion, imho. Really never has been.
Halftime show summed up perfectly.

sdandrea1 one of my all-time favorites. When I was a baller, I wore his name/symbol on my team shirts, one year. They made me change it.. I probably still have that shirt down in the basement. That'll give me something to do, go down there and root around. I know I have a signed program from the 1991 Kentucky Derby by Pat Day when he won with Li'l ET. Got it when they were coming out of the locker room.
Me and five buddies won a stretch limo to the Derby and back on Q102 radio station. Four of us had to pay 20 bucks to get in and they gave us two grandstand tickets. We set up shop at a beer booth under the grandstand and got friendly with the 4 beertenders. After the second race they told us if we got them a mint julep souvenir glass ($5.50 filled), the rest of our beer for the rest of the day was free. We all walked out of there winners. We also met MC Hammer., he was there with his horse Dance Floor who finished 3rd, iirc. We busted his chops about the Reds sweeping the A's and he stood and bullshitted with us for a couple minutes. On the way home we stopped at Taco Bell and ordered 50 soft tacos and 50 chilitos. You should have seen the faces on those people. Back on the highway after we got it to Ohio our muffler fell off our limousine. You could say we were weighted down. The limo driver took us to our local pub and dropped us off at the front door. TRU story!! One of the single best times I've ever had in my life!!
Spuzz Well I didn't see the halftime show, and I had to look up Starlight Express to see what it is. All-in-all, I'd say I didn't miss out on anything worth worrying about.
johnnydoom I'd say I didn't miss out on anything worth worrying about.
The Superbowl halftime show is the equivalent of swing weight
I actually went to a Superbowl many years ago and I don't recall who performed at half time. Just Googled it and it was Diana Ross. I guess now I can say that I saw her in concert
LBlack14 Which SB did ya go to?
Went to XXX in 96. Got to see my Cowboys beat the Steelers at the old Sun Devil Stadium. My father-in-law lucked out and got 4 free tickets from a client. No kids yet so we changed our vacation from Jan to Feb and went. Probably the only SB I will ever see.....probably the last one the Cowboys will ever get to lol.
